Shipping Policy

  • Handling Time

    Online orders will be processed and posted within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is verified.

  • Method of Shipping

       All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™

    As outlined per Canada Post, Expedited Parcel™ shipping speeds are typically as follows:

  • Prices of Shipping

    Flat rates have been established for shipments based on the weights & dimensions of items.

    0lbs - 0.49 lbs = $9.00 ~ 0.50lbs  - 0.99 lbs  = $18.00

      1 lb - 4.99 lbs = $24.00 ~ 5 lbs - 19.99 lbs = $30.00 ~ 20 lbs - 66 lbs = $75.00

  • International Shipping Information

    Currently, online orders are only set up for domestic shipment (within Canada). ACC will ship to the United States, however, not to other international locations at this time. If you reside in the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us directly by phone or email.

  • Other/Additional Information

    We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm MST or on weekends, will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy

  • ACC has a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. That is, 30 calendar days to return the item. This applies to stock items only. Custom orders are final sale.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • After receiving your item back, we will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. The initial shipping charges will also be at the buyer’s expense. These charges will be deducted from the original payment before the return is issued.
